| Description | Architecture cannot be separated from human needs for containers to facilitate various daily activities. The history of architecture is almost as long and old as human history itself. When humans began to think about and realize shelter as one of their most basic life needs to protect themselves from various environmental influences and threats that might harm them, that was when the history of architecture began. This course discusses the scope and principles of architecture, the architectural profession, and general aspects of human activity related to architecture such as artistic, economic, environmental, political, social, cultural, technological, and Islamic aspects related to architecture. |
